I'LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS

The wonderful, lovely, most awesomest lady is back in Canada for the holidays.
One of my best friend LETITIA! It's unbelievable to have her back.

I think i've spent more time with her than any other the other two. Which is fine by me muhahaha. It's been so good to catch up. And when I say catch up, I mean really have heart to hearts instead of the wishy washy: "Hey how's it going." "Good I was frustrated with work today" "Oh Sucks, tomorrow's another day."

I mean hear dreams, share sorrows, shed tears of both happiness and heartache.

We were all standing in church this Sunday all side by side. I remember when that was normal. It was an everyday thing.

We take those we have in our lives for granted. I know I do on a daily basis, no matter how hard I try not to. No matter how much I try and cherish the little things, they're so easy to forget. You don't know what the little things are until you don't get to do them anymore.

But this holiday has been superb. The ONLY thing that could have made it better was if our 5th member returned to us. Channel :( One day the 5 of us will be together again just like old times. I miss the 5 of us. But i'm grateful for the time I have now.

I've been thinking a lot of the time lately. Man, I don't have enough time for all the things I want to accomplish. God definitely made a day 24 hours for a reason, he made the time we have on earth brief for a certain reason. We have to manage our time wisely. Spend our time in the most appropriate and useful way. I think the phrase, or terminology of "spending our time" is intriguing. It's a weird thought that we can SPEND our time kinda like we can spend money. There is way more value to the way you can spend you're time than the way you spend you're money. Money can do ALL sorts of things, and yes it's a wonderful thing, it provides for you and for others. But when we reach our last day, it's not going to be all about what money you spent where, even if you gave most of you're money away. God is going to look more at what you did with the TIME he gave you on earth.

Well I wasn't exactly sure where that was going and I got lost a time or two on the way. But I hope I spend my time wisely. It is definitely one thing i struggle with and am making a better attempt with in the new year.

Anticipation.

So i've been out of commision in the last weekish. Well cause of finals i had no time to blog. Then pretty much the day after finals headed to the island, where my Grandparents don't have wireless internet. They do have internet but I feel super rude sitting on their computer not engaging in family conversation, as I only see them a few times a year. And usually post at the end of the day curled up in my bed with my laptop.

Anways theres alot i've wanted to blog about so here's whats on my mind right.

As you've noticed I LOVE CHRISTMAS! Quite alot, there is one thing I dislike. How short it is, oh and how we never get snow. But I live for the lights, the mood, how all the hustle and bustle has this peace about it, how wishing someone a merry christmas at a starbucks line can just change their mood. All this I wait for all year round. One thing I don't like is how when its over its over. Boxing day comes round and its goodbye christmas spirit. Yes, christmas nowadays is alot of give me give me with most families. But in the shopping mall before christmas you can tell people are looking for specials gifts that are meaningful for the most part to the people around that mean the most to them. Whilst you walk in a mall on boxing day and its all about them. All the giving spirit is gone. And so too the entire christmas atmosphere.

I wish it could slowly phase out. Like how summer turns to Autumn, or Winter to spring. It changes slowly and you don't even notice the change. But I really wish it could stay all year long. Most may not know what christmas is really about, or they know but don't just truly celebrate the real meaning of christmas. At least they know there is a greater meaning, and 'most' change their spirits. Why can't people be nice and giving all year round. The world definatley needs a saviour

Oh Christmas tree, Oh christmas tree.

Okay so like i promised here an actual post of what has been happening the last week or two. It has actually been to hectic to even collect my thoughts.

First of all I want to tell you all about Disney on Ice. It was Magical. Thats about the only word I can put with it. I went with my two Spanish second families. Well two of them were pretty much my actual family. The youngest that came with us was 16. I actually felt like a child again. I got so excited for every part and think I took like 300 photos. Which reminds me, I need to go through and post those.I wanna go every year. It reminds me of Disneyland. Which is truely the happiest place on earth.

I decided a few days ago that I want to go to Disneyland at christmas time with the 5 of us. Because those are seriously my three favorite things. Its not going to happen. Don't get me wrong I am going again. But when I go next it will be a road trip in the summer so we can take the coast highway hit the beaches do some surfing, [which I will hopefully be learning to do this summer on our island roadtrip], and do some camping.

Speaking of christmas, I am in bliss everyday. I love the EVERYTHING about christmas.
Well except how the economy has made its this 'gimme gimme gimme' season.
But I love that my family or friends are not like that.

I love spending that extra time with people in cozy environments.
And for me especially is the ferry trip on christmas eve then getting to my Nana and Papa's and watching Santa Clause 1.

Nothing beats Santa Clause 1. The others cannot compare, therefor I refuse to watch them. Then spending time with my family usually just doing nothing but relaxing for about a week. Christmas is honestly my favorite thing in the world besides Jesus. I think thats why I love christmas so much aswell is because it is all about Jesus and should be. Was just gonna go off on that, but I think i'll save that for another post in a few days.

Ending on a lighter note. I learnt the coolest thing last night. I downloaded an app for my phone that lets me control my Itunes. I have so far been using it to confuse the heck out of my family. I'm going to play tricks on my brother when he gets home from work. Its pretty sweet, Technology is amazing.

This would be my Dream
Disneyland at Christmas
