Mark my word

So I've been thinking a lot lately about what tattoo's i want. There's kinda a lot but i've had trouble placing them so I've been looking for inspiration. I know i want a fish across my right foot with Isaiah 41:10 inside it. My and my 4 other best friends have all decided to get "Mi Corazon estuyo por siempre" somewhere. But I also want the word Agape somewhere and a few lyrics from my favourite Hillsong song and maybe a Beatles lyric? I really like would like along the top of the shoulder, wrist, outside for arm, and inside for arm horizontally below my elbow joint? But who knows the fish on the foot is first cause i know what and exactly what i want. For the ones on the arm I'm just kinda worried about professionalism and all wanting to own my own firm so imma wait out a few years and decide if i really want them and if i do where.

I LOVE CONCERTS!
I just love them so very much. Band just always sound much more magnificent live, and you get this giddy feeling, and adrenaline pumping through your veins and you sing along with all the songs....well, rather scream them all. And then after they're over you have this withdrawal..but its almost a good withdrawal.









Last night I saw Vampire Weekend at a Venue I have never been to before, but one of the best venue's I've decided, because what's better than a concert under the stars. They are so much better live then I could have ever imagined at one part i got this silly giddy smile on my face as i looked at Vampire Weekend on stage then looked up at the stars then back at the band then back up at the twinkling stars. It just felt so awesome being there with two of my favourite things - stars and live music from a band i love! I'm reliving the feelings all over again and its fantastically swell! Gah, I'm all giddy!
















We went and hung out downtown after, which just topped of the night because downtown is spectacular and i kinda missed my best friend. Which is funny because I see her all the time, but never really get to see her ya know? We're always at church or what ever we're doing is so rushed or routine. We watched the stars at English bay grabbed some food, then watched stars at English Bay again. Such a wonderful end to a wonderful night :)



Found this picture and thought it'd be perfect to start a list of concerts i've been to as i've seen them twice, Cobra Starship that is. + the fact he's gorgeous made me also wanna put it in. I was a meter away from him or probably closer. We were in the front at his concert. I'm not a crazy star gazed fan our anything just thought it was pretty cool. But imma start my list now

Un-relative

So this is my brother.
Tonight we had a thunder and lightening storm and I very much think it messed with his head. He was acting super super weird and all hyper and just started going off on things and then explaining things unrealistically in great detail. Like the tattoo he wants of an arm flexing on his arm which inside has a picture of pop-eye with a picture of spinich on pop eyes arm...don't ask.
Anyways he said we was going to get ready for bed...and this was the attire I found him. Apparerntly he was just "Bracing himself for the night"

Today was a jammed packed day.


First of I went to go get my books for school since my mom has been bugging me day in and day out to get them. Only to find out that during my orientation we have an opportunity to go get them. Oh well I still need to get art supplies and stuff. It was a half hour bus there and a half hour bus back to only be there probably not even ten minutes, boo.














The day gets better I promise you. Next I hit up the mall cause since i got my books, i kinda might need a book bag. Well not need per say but I knew the Boathouse had some pretty sweet looking ones and it would just make my life easier considering i have two heavier classes back to back on Wednesday. But I got a pretty nice Hurley one because the one i REALLY REALLY wanted was to small to carry my stuff. I also go to play dress up with Paula and her co-worker Katrina..? Think that's what her name was. And then Paula's manager Lori just took me shopping around the store for jeans, I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

The finale of my night was at Federico's Super Club. I have heard so many many stories about this place since grade 8 on the walk to school with my dearest friend Chanel. It was super weird being there and seeing her interact with all the employee's because they are all basically her family. It was so cute, you can tell they all treat her like a daughter or a niece and behind all the jokes they all love her so much. But I had a grand time, and I'm so glad i got to share it with both Chanel and Joryli. Especially the awkward dancing which was awkwardly fun.





















I probably could have described that all a lot better, especially the night's final but I'm way to super tired. And i just laughed out loud at that sentence because i don't think it makes sense..only to me. Bhaaha. oh well..now I'm just gonna ramble and if i don't stop we're gonna have an essay here because this is what I do when I'm tired.

What makes us feel?

The other night I watched the season finale of So You Think You Can Dance Season 7. After watching a few peices that gave me goosebump and brought me to tears a tad I began thinking about dances from previous season that have done the same thing. I started thinking about why dance, music, and art effect people and why. I didn't come to a wordable conclusion and I don't believe there is anyone reason but art of any form is what it is - that is a outward creation of feelings and emotions. So here are a few peices from Sytycd that have affected me. I find it funny hwo they're all contemporary peices and thier all from either Mia Michaels or Travis Wall who both have amazingly gifted talents. ENJOY!

Just Visiting

Now that i am 19 my Dad has been begging me to go to the pub ona saturday morning with him so finally this morning I went. Walking in was weird, since I can remember that place has been my dad's second home. I have pictured the inside many many times i don't really know what I expected but it was not what i thought it would be like. It was rather small in there, well i mean smaller than i thought it would be. You always picture bars like those college ones you see on movies or tv shows, this wasn't it. It was more like a 90's feel, kinda tacky and outdated..except the really cool dishwasher that the waitresses just put the glasses on, it was conveyor typesk. The only words I can put into the experience was weird, it just felt odd.

But the food was mervellous and I will definately be going there with friends later on becuase no dish is over 10 dollars, not even one and apoparently its the best food in the lower mainland.

LIFE KIDS 2010

So it's definately been awhile! Life has been super duper busy. The week after my last post was kids camp! I cannot believe how extraordinary it was. I keep having dreams that its still happening and then waking up fully expecting that i'm back in that week. It is in fact a saddening feeling that it is indeed over, but its exciting to think about all the kids that were saved and have their lives changed and that next year is coming up! The last week basically all i can talk about it kids camp. I think my family and my friends that weren't part of kids camp are sick of hearing me talk about it. I'm sure. I keep telling the following stories; only these are just tid bits because well..then i would just ramble on remembering how amazing those moments were and you would just be bored.
