IT'S MY BIRTHDAY
in just over two weeks!

I'm going to be 20!
Which is kinda crazy.
I kinda wanna throw a big bash, but I don't really know.
Is it weird to say i feel selfish having a birthday party?
Because I do. How ever much I would love a day all about me, I kinda feel that's selfish
I'm not trying to make anyone feel guilty, because everyone should have a day all about them, everyone deserves it.
Plus there's a lot of planning and such and then a lot of work hosting.
It doesn't necessarilly have to be about me, i just want a bash. Maybe i'll have an un-birthday bash
And people could sing "AAAAA very very unbirthday to you, to you."
That would be fun.

Anyways if i was having a birthday party this is kinda what i've jotted down:
Barbeque outside, with ton's of white balloons flowers and white lights in my trees.
Then MAYBE  a bit of an outdoor dance party, because who doesn't love to dance
and then a barbecue lasting all night ending in a campout/sleepover with ALL my girls

That would be my perfect birthday, maybe if someone convinces me i'll do it.

So there's this lady whose been my best friend for some time now. If you don't know her you should because she's more than amazing. Beautiful, caring, ever so talented, and has the biggest dreams. Needless to say I love her more than she knows. I won't go into detail as I have already expressd how much she means to me in a lengthy lenghty card! But TODAY she enters adulthood officially. Non of this teen thing attacthed to your age. I'm so excited for the next chapter of her and all of our lives, (you know who you are, "our").

I'm getting so excited for summer. I have lots planned as always, and like usual most of them won't be completed but this year i'm determined. I wanna be a beach junkie.

 My plan is as soon as this semester is over legit try and get my liscence, and my parents are at the point to do anything to get it. Lesson to be booked test in May booked and if i fail i'm going to go on standbye every two weeks until i get it. Cause it's just ridiculous. Get my truck and cruise to the beach when ever i'm not working.

So this is my summer time bucket list:

Get my liscence
Road trip
be a beach junkie
Learn to suft
Turn 20!
Make a fort on the beach and
    literally chill there all day from morn to past sundown
Have a picnic
hold an actual bar b que
Have a giant tea party
Camp out in my yard
Go for a "nature walk" and take pictures
Photo shoot
Ride a bike around the Sea Wall
Camping
Find a beach that allows bonfires and have one
Bon fire in my back yard.
Make a GIANT fort and have a movie marthon in it
Finish 3 books
Read my books in the sun at the beach
Finish my sketch book for my portfolio
Interview some local Designers

Thats all i can think of for right now :)

Nine"teen"?

So Monday was my 19th Birthday. It seems like I have been waiting to be 19 forever. Well I guess i have because I haven't been nineteen since I was born. But I was seriously so excited, I really cannot fathom why. Do you remember when you were 9 and it was the night before your 10th birthday and you were sooo excited to be in the double digits, or when you turned 13 and you were finally a teenager? I guess its the fact that when your 19 your actually considered an adult. I mean technically 19 is still a "teen" but your no longer seen as a immature adolesent anymore.

Anyways I opened all my cards at midnight.. wait until the morning are you kidding me? found a total of $125 in them AND a lottery ticket cause now i'm legal WHAT! Thought for sure i was gonna be a millionairre and be thanking my mom for the best gift ever. Sadly I checked the draw yesterday, and well, I only won $5. I got to meet up with one of my bestest friends Paula to hang out then headed to my brithday dinner at the wonderful earls. They put us in this sweet room that seemed secret, it was magical. Got some gifts wonderful gifts: pretty sweet dress, 2 headbands, and a book i'm excited to start reading.

Maybe it wasn't the most amazing packed, out of this world day. But the fact I just got to spend it with some of my closest friends was enough. And I realised I have some pretty special people in my life. :)
